A logbook is the airplane's memory.
Aero Logworks exists so that memory stays with the airplane and its owner — not in a shoebox, not in a flooded hangar, and not in somebody else's filing cabinet.
Paper did the job for a century. It also gets lost.
Every airplane's value, and a good part of its safety, lives in its logbooks: what was done, when, and who signed for it. For most airplanes that's still a stack of paper books and a folder of receipts.
Paper gets lost. It gets water-damaged when a hangar roof leaks. It gets held hostage when a shop and an owner part badly. And when a buyer finally asks for the records, somebody spends a weekend at the kitchen table reconstructing what's due.
We wanted a book that behaves like a good paper logbook — plain, owned by the owner, signed by the person who did the work — with the parts paper never managed: a signature you can check, a copy you can't lose, and an export you never have to ask for.
