the full ledger

Everything in the book, line by line.

What Aero Logworks does today, and what's on the list. Anything with a coming tag isn't built yet — we'd rather tell you that than let you find out.

The aircraft

one book per tail number
Aircraft profile & equipment list
One record for the airframe, engine, prop and installed equipment — the page a paper logbook never quite had.
the front page
N-number prefill
Enter the tail number and we prefill make and model from the FAA registry. You check it; you don't retype it.
from the registry
Operating postures
Part 91, Part 135 (where the operating rule drives the labels you see), Experimental with the E-AB condition inspection, and Standard. Posture is a setting on the aircraft, not a different product.
91 · 135 · E-AB · Std
Ownership transfer
Sell the airplane and the records and their signatures go with it to the new owner, intact.
the book goes with it
S-LSA / E-LSA posture coming
Light-sport aircraft as their own posture, with their own tracked items.
on the list
Rotorcraft, gliders & balloons coming
Categories beyond fixed-wing airplanes.
on the list
Part 133 / 137 coming
External-load and agricultural operations as postures.

Keeping it current

what's due, before it's due
One-field hours update
Enter current tach or Hobbs time once, and every tracked item recalculates.
update once, done
Tracked maintenance items
Seeded from the aircraft's posture, plus any custom interval you add.
seeded & custom
Email reminders
A note before anything comes due — not a scramble the week of the annual.
sent automatically
Squawk list coming
A running list of the things you noticed between inspections, in one place.
on the list
Avionics & engine-monitor import coming
Bring times and data in from the panel instead of copying them by hand.
on the list
Owner cost insights coming
What the airplane actually costs to keep, from the records you already have.
on the list
Title 14 CFR library with change alerts & Advisory Circular watch coming
Know when a rule or AC you rely on changes.
on the list
In-app regulations library coming
The regulations, readable right next to the entry you're writing.

The logbook

where the work gets written
Digital logbook
Draft entries before they're final, save templates for the work you do the same way every time, and sign electronically.
drafts & templates
43.9 & 43.11 fields, prompted
Entries prompt for the content 14 CFR 43.9 and 43.11 call for — including location, who performed the work, and discrepancies — so nothing depends on remembering.
prompted, not remembered
Invite your mechanic
Bring your A&P or IA onto the aircraft's record. Mechanic accounts are free.
free, no seat cost

Signatures & trust

a signature that means something
Sign the exact version you reviewed
The signer re-authenticates at the moment of signing, and the signature applies to exactly the text they read. How signing works
re-auth at signing
Certificate frozen into the signature
The signer's name and certificate number are recorded in every signature, as they stood when they signed.
name & cert no.
Tamper-evident, append-only entries
Signed entries are hashed and never overwritten, so a later change is detectable.
change is detectable
Correction governance
Only the signer revises a signed entry; owners request corrections. Each correction is a new linked version, and the original stays visible.
correct, don't erase
QR verification, no account
Anyone who scans a label sees whether the record still matches what was signed. It isn't an airworthiness determination. What a scan shows
scan to check
Passkey & Google sign-in
Sign in with a passkey or your Google account.
passkey or Google
Airman certificate check coming
A check of a mechanic's certificate against the FAA registry. It's assisted: it gathers evidence for a human reviewer, and never approves anyone automatically.
a person decides
Unguessable per-entry verify links coming
Each entry's verification page at an address nobody can guess from another one.

Getting records out

the door is always open
Export anytime
The complete record as PDF, CSV, or a JSON package, as often as you like — paying or not.
PDF · CSV · JSON
Monthly logbook copies by email
A copy of the logbook lands in your inbox every month, so you always hold your own.
every month
Print-to-paste labels
Print a label with a QR code for any signed entry and paste it in the paper logbook, tying the two books together.
paper & digital, joined
Retention for the life of the aircraft
Records are kept for as long as the airplane exists, not as long as a subscription lasts. A user who leaves takes their records with them.
life of the aircraft
Prebuy records room coming
Share the records with a buyer or their inspector for a prebuy, in one place.

For shops & orgs

for the people behind the counter
User guides
Written guides for owners, for mechanics, and for organizations.
three guides
Release notes & version number
Release notes say what changed, and the app shows its version number, so you know what you're running.
what changed, and when
Apprentice Part 65 experience log coming
Apprentices log experience toward the A&P, a supervising mechanic signs it, and it comes out as an evidence packet for the FSDO.
on the list
Compliance starter packs coming
Ready-made starting points for keeping a kind of operation compliant, instead of a blank page.
